The Mini Utensils were designed by a pediatric feeding specialist to help toddlers learn how to eat with a spoon (scooping) and fork (piercing). These utensils have many features that make them functional and developmentally appropriate for toddlers: The short, fat, round silicone handle makes grasping more successful. The narrow spoon bowl and fork prongs are made of strong nylon material for easy scooping and piercing, and safely fit toddler's mouth. Sensory bumps and raised rim provide sensory awareness. Bumps on the bottom of the utensil stabilize the spoon and fork when at rest. Both the silicone handles and strong nylon heads are BPA, BPS, PVC, phthalate and latex free. Dishwasher safe. Spoon and fork are 4.5"L. From 12 months.
