It is especially useful with children who still need the concrete representation of objects in addition to pictures. Slight pressure on one of the 3 colorful switch plates activates a light and plays pre-recorded messages of up to 5 seconds each. Messages can be re-recorded as often as you wish. Small objects can be placed on the platforms and picture cards can be placed in the grooves that hold the cards upright for easy viewing. Comes with 6 shatterproof plastic cards (3.5"x 5"). You can attach pictures/symbols to the cards or write directly on them with dry erase markers. The unit has a built in high quality microphone, audio speaker and a volume control knob.
