Two fun productions from the well known children's singer Hap Palmer. Through the songs, children explore basic motor skills in an enjoyable and relaxed way. "Easy Does It" has songs for working on balance, eye-hand coordination, locomotor and axial movement, spatial and body awareness, and relaxation. "Getting to Know Myself" includes songs about feelings and friendship, as well as songs for creative movement such as touching body parts, moving like animals, performing opposite actions, and more. Both programs include suggestions for activities with each song.
